This was a pre design of a mixed use building for a client who wanted to work and live in the same building during the summer season, in Montenegro, at the Adriatic coast. 1998. Total area ~ 1300m²

The construction type is very unique, implementing outer triangular columns made of steel with a solid concrete walls type shell on the inside. Floors and ceilings are made of raised floors type with hidden installations, and lowered ceilings hide central air conditioning system. Parts of floors have glass panels for the light and shadow effect on the inside of the building.

Ground floor is made of: a garage, boiler room, water pump, central heating and vine cellar.

On the first floor there is open plan office space.

On the second and third floor are private areas made of  two 3 bedroom apartments.

On the top floor is an open swimming pool with a bar and a gym.

Beside two separate stair cases there is an elevator that connects all floors.

The facade is made of a suspended glass curtain wall, mostly hinged by spiders.

Although this design has not been built, it represents my futuristic visions in best manner.
