Exhibition stand at Building, Construction and New Technologies Exhibition in
Belgrade, Serbia. 1997. – constructed
~ 240 m² winner of IInd prize.
This was my first design when I started working after I graduated from Architectural University in Belgrade.
Project was challenging because the exhibition stand had to bring together all of design and production capabilities of Metal d.o.o. a company specialized in metal constructions, aluminum constructions as well as production and erection of all types of ventilated aluminum curtain walls.
I designed a pyramid shaped exhibition stand with dimensions at base 9m x 9m and 7m high. It had ground floor and first floor, with exhibition space, small kitchen, spiral staircase at the center and seating for six people at the first floor. Specific for this stand was the construction type that exhibited some special design flair and very precise construction skills for the erection of the stand.
After the exhibition, the stand was sold to a cafe owner in Montenegro who uses it as a cafe.
